The Club is structured in such a way that goals are easy to achieve and maintain. For adventurous training, we implemented MMA, Kickboxing and Taekwon-Do classes. Full cardio divisions are set up for fitness fanatics like Pole and Combat Fitness training. Weight training can be done and personal trainers are there to assist with any training and workout questions.
